10 mm float rope

This is for 32inch block/bag fittings

From the tip of your open boat, measure 2 ½ inches along and then 1 1/4 inch down and mark, start with the 6mm then use a 10 mm hss drill bit and drill slowly

From the tip of the boat also measure 3 ½ inches along at ½ inch down and mark, this is the start of your 6 lacing holes. The holes are spaced 6inch along at ½ inch down and mark. Please check that you’re missing all the fittings. Use a 6mm hss drill bit and drill slowly

Copy on other side

Thread the 10mm rope though from the outside and tire together with an overhand Knott

Try to keep the loop on the handle as tight as possible

Find the middle of the 5mm role and tire the air bag/block to. Then from the inside out lace the role though the holes crossing side on the inside lace. Finish with a granny Knott to lock of the rope on the inside of the last hole.
