Free delivery for orders over £85 (excluding kayaks, canoes, and SUP boards).
Exclusions: Kayaks, canoes, and SUP boards are for shop collection only, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

You may return items that are unwanted or the wrong size within 28 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Notify us of your intent to return within 3 working days via post, email, or telephone.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags attached.
Non-stock items specially ordered for you will incur a 25% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or request proof of identity.
