Keep Your Receipt
Please retain your receipt or invoice for anything you buy from us. It’s essential for processing returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
Returns for Unwanted or Incorrectly Sized Items
You may return items that are unwanted or the wrong size within 28 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- Notify us of your intent to return within 3 working days via post, email, or telephone.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition, with tags attached.
- Non-stock items specially ordered for you will incur a 25% restocking fee.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or request proof of identity.
Exchanges
If you’re exchanging an item:
- Postage & packing costs will apply for sending the replacement.
- For large items such as kayaks or paddles, a higher charge may apply. We will confirm this with you before proceeding.
- If you collect the replacement from our store, there is no additional charge.
- Payment for postage must be made before we dispatch the replacement item.
Refund Adjustments
If you return part of your order for a refund and the remaining order value falls below the £85 free postage threshold, we reserve the right to deduct a £6 postage charge from your refund.
For international orders, return and redelivery charges will vary based on the destination. Contact us for an accurate quote before proceeding.
Warranty Returns
For warranty claims, the return postage charge is waived if items are returned clean and free from dirt, in compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:
- DVDs
- Books
