Postage Costs

If you’re outside mainland England and Wales, please contact us with your full delivery address so we can calculate the postage costs.

Delivery Process

If no one is available at the delivery address, the carrier will leave a card with instructions. They may attempt re-delivery the next working day or provide details on how to collect the package.

Checking Your Delivery

Upon receiving your order, check all items for damage before accepting the delivery. The driver should wait while you inspect the package.

For deliveries to business addresses, we consider the package delivered once it reaches the reception area.

Lost or Damaged Items

Notify us within 2 working days if your order is lost or damaged in transit. This allows us to promptly address the issue with the courier. Always include your order number in correspondence.

Proof of Delivery

Proof of delivery from our courier is considered sufficient evidence that the goods were received.
